I JUST LOST ONE THAT WAS WITH ME FOR 3 YEARS. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE ON HER CLIENTS BECAUSE THE 3 OTHER STYLIST I HAVE DONT DO HAIR WELL ENOUGH YET TO DO THEIR HAIR LIKE THE PREVIOUS STYLIST. ITS GOING TO BE HARD. IT SEEMS LIKE I KEEP STARDING OVER. IM GOING TO KEEP TRYING AND HAVE FAITH
I feel ya for sure! I have worked a little less this week and orgranized like a madman because there is so little time. It is a balancing act for sure. I feel like I am running circles around these 20 year olds, actually that is what I am doing. I don't think 1 week extra will help for the year, but 1 thing I am going to do is plan my sales for the year, put them as a draft on constant contact which is a marketing template email thing I use, and then when the time comes post it. I may be a little slow but I also order everything online, pay all bills online and that has saved a ton of time. Fed ex must wonder what I am doing, lol. My husband even commented about what a frenzy I have been on, it's a little like nesting before a baby. I am also delegating much more work to the receptionist, gettin some resistance but that's expected. I am not asking, I am telling (nicely). This morning I am putting together a welcome packet for new clients that I have put on the back burner for so long. What are you doing differently? I find that if I write a "to do list" it helps me and I am such a nerd that I get a kick when I get to scratch it off. :)
