Chris i feel your pain i too thought my Salon needed me more behind the chair, it did, i developed a plan to change that, it took time, but very much worth it. I still love the energy behind the chair, the constant closure, so I dip in the well twice a month for that need. My staff need me as their Coach, mentor and leader. Be encouraged, not discouraged make choices to move your Salon forward.

I work with the Salon Resource Group, Peter Mahoney's group of 21 salons, in Halifax, NS, Canada. I have been the IT Director for the company for the past 6 and a half years, and look after anything and everything to do with technology with the company.
I am thrilled to have had the opportunity over the past year and a half to work with the Summit Salon Business Center.
