My professional resolutions are to get more organized and to work smarter, not harder. I put in 60-72 hours per week and just can't seem to say no. Anyone feel me? Of course, one balances the other, I know. If I'm behind the chair less, I can be organized and get the much needed administrative time I need each week. This year I'm going to get my balancing act together!
