- I know it's hard,I'v been a salon owner for about 28 years and we went to the summit about a year ago and I feel like all our coach was putting out fires for ever but always seam to give us the well to keep trying and we are see how much this program can really help run a successful busness .

- I went to the Summit Colledge in Oct. of 2009, put things into action the next month,had a coach come in twice. Have had one on one's and was not hard on my staff just tried to educate , inform and support. Since Jan. of 2010 till friday I have lost 5 stylist. Some of them were only part time and some just didn't seem motivated to do the journel. Help I am really at the end of my rope. I do have 2 great Summit stylist one associate who got her chair in Oct. and doing well and I have my own associate that will be fast tracked to get his chair in about a month. by the way iI have been in business 42 yrs, and these people that left are now booth renters.
